independently owned real estate company. We are associated with the largest independently owned real estate company in North and South Carolina. We have 34 offices in seven major regional markets across the Carolinas. Together, we all have one goal in common. Prudential Carolinas Realty was founded in 1992 as the result of a merger with Cann & Cashatt Realty. The company is owned and operated by three partners with a diverse real estate backgrounds; Jo Ann LaVecchia, C. Donald Cann and John T. Cashatt.
